Shogun Frontend Release 22-04-28

Welcome back, friends! We are rolling out Beta versions for Dependency Management, Version Rollback, and Scheduled Publish for this release. Previously in Private Beta, the User Management is now available to everyone!

🚀 What's New

  • For all new customers, we will automatically ignore URL cases for redirects. If you are interested and a current customer, please reach out to your Shogun Point of Contact.
  • User Management is now in General Availability. This feature will allow you to add and remove users without Shogun’s involvement. Read the documentation here.
  • Dependency Management is now in Beta. This feature will allow you to add and remove npm dependencies without Shogun’s involvement. Read the documentation here. Reach out to your Shogun Point of Contact if you would like to be removed from the beta.
  • Version Rollback is now in Beta. This feature will allow you to revert back to a previous publish instantaneously without Shogun involvement. Read the documentation here. Reach out to your Shogun Point of Contact if you would like to be removed from the beta.
  • Scheduled Publish is in Beta. This feature will allow you to schedule the time a build gets published. No more midnight publishes! Read the documentation here. Reach out to your Shogun Point of Contact if you would like to be removed from the beta.

📈 Improvements

  • We addressed several issues to prevent outages that recently occurred.
  • Small style improvement in the User Management feature.
  • Small performance optimization - reducing HTML size.

🛠️ Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that prevented us from enabling performance optimizations for some stores.
  • Fixed an issue that would allow deletion of logged users in the User Management.
