CMS Filtering

Quickly locate content with filtering.

Introduction

The CMS filtering feature allows you to easily locate content items by filtering the values of fields, making updating content more efficient.

Available filters

The following field types are supported:

  • Text

  • Number

  • Boolean

  • Reference (single-value only)

Filters can match all or match any terms.

πŸ“˜ Match any will return content items containing any of the terms. Match all will only return content items containing all of the terms entered.

Filtering Content

1. From the sidebar, navigate to Content.

2. Select a content group.

3. Click FILTER.

4. Choose to match all or match any conditions.

5. Select the field and operator.

πŸ“˜ Equals will look for the entire term in the selected field and return matching results. Like will search all terms and return content items including them.

6. Enter terms.

7. If desired, click ADD ANOTHER and repeat steps 4 through 6.

8. Click APPLY FILTER.

To edit filters, click the X FILTERS APPLIED button to bring up the filter modal. To remove an individual filter click the X to the right of the filtered field value.

To clear all filters, click the X to the right of the X FILTERS APPLIED button.
